Spectrum One is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its high-autonomy, senior-only delivery organization. This role is designed for experienced Salesforce professionals who can independently architect, build, and deliver production-ready Salesforce solutions while managing both technical and operational responsibilities.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce development expertise with strong professional maturity, proactive communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a high-trust remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
• Build scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications
• Troubleshoot platform limitations and deployment challenges
• Ensure high-quality, production-ready software delivery
• Maintain clean, efficient, and sustainable codebases

Autonomous Technical Delivery

• Independently manage technical delivery and implementation workflows
• Serve as the primary problem solver for assigned workstreams
• Resolve blockers and technical issues without requiring supervision
• Deliver “first-time-right” solutions with strong attention to quality
• Take ownership of end-to-end technical execution

Commercial & Operational Management

• Maintain accurate and real-time:
  • Billable time entries
  • Ticket documentation
  • Project artifacts
• Ensure operational accuracy and administrative precision
• Treat project documentation and reporting as critical deliverables
• Support business health through organized project management practices

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

• Provide proactive updates regarding:
  • Project status
  • Risks
  • Blockers
  • Delivery timelines
• Maintain a “push communication” style by anticipating stakeholder needs
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Collaborate closely with clients, leadership, and delivery teams

Client Engagement & Professional Reliability

• Serve as a reliable and professional representative during client engagements
• Ensure responsiveness and availability during core business hours
• Attend all client meetings, ceremonies, and coordination sessions consistently
• Build trust through accountability, professionalism, and delivery excellence

Requirements:

Experience

• 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong consulting environment background preferred
• Extensive experience with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Custom Salesforce development
• Proven ability to independently deliver complex technical projects

Technical Skills

• Strong Salesforce architecture and development expertise
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot deployment and platform-related challenges
• Understanding of best practices for enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Strong focus on software craftsmanship and code quality

Communication & Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Ability to work effectively in high-autonomy environments

Work Schedule Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work between:
  • 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time
• Schedule overlap required to collaborate with the US-based team
