Overview / Job Description

Premio is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of its SaaS products, Shopify apps, WordPress plugins, and Wix applications. The primary focus of this role is Chatway, Premio’s SaaS platform used by businesses worldwide and trusted by over 700,000 websites.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SaaS Product Manager who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying product opportunities, defining feature requirements, and driving product improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Define requirements for new and existing product features
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business objectives and user needs
• Drive continuous product enhancements

Product Management

• Manage product tasks and development workflows
• Coordinate product execution from planning through release
• Ensure business goals and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved
• Monitor product progress and delivery timelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer support teams
• Facilitate communication across departments throughout the product lifecycle
• Align product development with business priorities

User Experience & Product Design

• Create UI wireframes for new features
• Collaborate on product design improvements
• Ensure products provide an intuitive user experience

Product Testing & Customer Feedback

• Perform product testing before releases
• Analyze internal and customer feedback
• Translate user insights into product improvements
• Continuously optimize products based on customer needs

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS or Micro-SaaS
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams
• Experience managing software products throughout the product lifecycle

Skills & Competencies

• Strong product strategy and feature prioritization skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Good understanding of user-centered product development

Technical Skills

• Experience creating wireframes using tools such as:
  • Figma
  • Whimsical
  • Balsamiq
  • Similar wireframing software

Nice-to-Haves

• Coding experience
• Marketing background
