This role is a remote AI & Automation Internship opportunity designed for ambitious and tech-driven individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience with AI workflows, automation systems, and emerging technologies. Interns will collaborate directly with leadership teams to support the development of AI-powered tools, applications, automations, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

AI & Automation Development

• Assist in building internal tools, dashboards, automations, and lightweight applications
• Support the development of AI-powered workflows and operational improvements
• Help improve internal systems and business efficiency through automation initiatives
• Participate in implementing practical AI-driven business solutions

Research & Innovation

• Research and test emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies
• Explore modern AI-assisted development environments and automation tools
• Participate in brainstorming and innovation sessions around AI and business operations
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and operational improvements

Technical Collaboration & Workflow Support

• Collaborate with leadership and management on new product and process ideas
• Work with AI-assisted coding environments and no-code/low-code platforms
• Support documentation of workflows, systems, and technical implementations
• Assist with maintaining organized operational and technical processes

Learning & Continuous Improvement

• Learn and adapt quickly to evolving AI technologies and tools
• Experiment with modern automation and development workflows
• Support internal efficiency and innovation initiatives across the business
• Contribute to a collaborative and fast-moving remote work environment

Requirements:

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
• Interest in building tools, applications, or automation systems
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving concepts

Skills & Competencies

• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn independently
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within remote environments
• Adaptability and eagerness to experiment with new technologies
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with programming concepts and AI-assisted development environments
• Interest in no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Exposure to AI tools, automation systems, or coding assistants preferred
• Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or automation platforms is a plus
• Comfortable learning modern development workflows and emerging technologies
