Overview / Job Description

Our client is a specialized medical education and AI content production company focused on transforming decades of clinical expertise in sports medicine, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human performance into scalable digital products and AI-led online courses.

The AI Avatar and Video Editor will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing AI-generated video content, including AI avatars, voice models, and automated educational modules. This role focuses on converting complex medical knowledge into structured, high-quality digital learning experiences and marketing assets.

This is a highly technical and content-intensive position requiring expertise in AI video production, avatar systems, and long-form educational content structuring. The role blends AI content engineering, video editing, instructional design, and performance marketing creative development.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Remote)

Responsibilities

AI Avatar & Digital Clone Management

• Create and manage high-fidelity AI avatars for multilingual content delivery
• Develop and maintain language-specific AI clones for different target audiences
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in voice, tone, and medical authority across all outputs
• Optimize lip-syncing, voice modulation, and avatar realism for professional presentation
• Maintain technical integrity across all AI-generated video outputs

Video Sales Letters (VSLs) & AI UGC Content

• Produce high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs) using AI avatars
• Develop AI-generated UGC-style marketing content for social platforms
• Create multiple variations of hooks, messaging, and CTAs for performance testing
• Optimize content for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok advertising environments
• Use performance data to iterate and improve video effectiveness

Course Production & Educational Content Development

• Convert books, lectures, and medical research into structured AI-led courses
• Design educational modules for digital learning platforms
• Translate complex medical and scientific content into digestible video formats
• Ensure instructional clarity and professional academic structure
• Implement AI-driven localization for multilingual course delivery

Design & Brand Support

• Create supporting visual assets for marketing and educational products
• Design graphics for course materials, landing pages, and promotional content
• Maintain a consistent high-end, medical-authority brand aesthetic
• Support visual storytelling across all digital products

AI Workflow & Content Engineering

• Use AI tools for text, voice, and video generation workflows
• Prompt and optimize LLMs for structured educational content creation
• Improve efficiency and scalability of AI content pipelines
• Experiment with emerging AI avatar and cloning technologies

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI avatar creation or AI video production roles
• Hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (Seedance strongly preferred)
• Experience working with long-form, knowledge-heavy content (medical or technical preferred)
• Background in video editing, motion design, or digital content production is highly desirable
• Experience creating AI UGC or Video Sales Letters is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Familiarity with AI content generation workflows (LLMs, scripting, automation tools)
