Catch Creation is a remote-first global eCommerce company that builds, grows, and manages online brands through creativity, data-driven strategies, and customer-focused experiences.

The company is seeking an Amazon E-commerce Assistant to support its growing online retail operations, with a primary focus on Amazon account management. This full-time remote role involves managing Amazon Seller Central activities, inventory, listings, promotions, PPC support, and account health while assisting with other eCommerce platforms as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management

• Create and manage Amazon shipment plans
• Monitor and maintain Amazon account health
• Open, track, and resolve Amazon Seller Central support cases
• Manage Amazon Creator Connections

Listings & Catalog Management

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings
• Perform flat file uploads and bulk listing updates
• Conduct A/B testing for product listings and creative assets
• Ensure product information remains accurate and optimized

Inventory & Sales Operations

• Perform inventory forecasting and stock monitoring
• Run and optimize Amazon Deals and Coupons
• Support daily eCommerce operations to improve sales performance

Advertising & Marketplace Support

• Assist with Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization
• Support Walmart account management when applicable
• Assist with additional eCommerce platform management as business needs evolve

Requirements

Experience

• Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Assistant
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience supporting Amazon marketplace operations
• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other eCommerce platforms is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Experience creating shipment plans
• Experience managing Amazon listings and flat files
• Familiarity with Amazon Deals, Coupons, and Promotions
• Basic knowledge of Amazon PPC
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Helium 10 is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center
• Experience with Shopify, eBay, or other eCommerce platforms
• Advanced Amazon PPC knowledge
• Experience with inventory planning tools
