Overview / Job Description

Virtustant is recruiting on behalf of a company that specializes in eCommerce solutions with a strong focus on optimizing sales performance across platforms such as Amazon. The organization is dedicated to improving online visibility, streamlining product management, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketplace optimization.

This is a full-time remote Amazon eCommerce Specialist role responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon Seller Central operations, improving product listings, supporting inventory management, and ensuring account health compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem, FBA operations, SEO-driven listing optimization, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Listing & Marketplace Management

• Create and optimize Amazon product listings using strategic keyword placement in titles, bullet points, and descriptions
• Manage product variations while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and best practices
• Maintain and improve overall listing quality, visibility, and conversion performance

SEO & Keyword Optimization

• Conduct keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout
• Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve search rankings and product discoverability
• Monitor listing performance and adjust optimization strategies as needed

Inventory & Operations Management

• Develop inventory forecasting and restocking strategies to maintain product availability
• Utilize technical skills to perform bulk uploads and operational tasks within Seller Central
• Support operational efficiency across Amazon marketplace activities

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Generate reports using Amazon Business Reports and Brand Analytics
• Analyze sales, inventory, and performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Provide actionable insights based on marketplace performance metrics

Customer Service & Account Health

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback management
• Ensure account health compliance and adherence to Amazon guidelines and policies
• Monitor operational issues and proactively resolve marketplace concerns

Requirements:

Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations
• Strong understanding of Amazon policies, guidelines, and marketplace best practices
• Proven experience with inventory management and marketplace reporting tools
• Experience managing Amazon listings and operational workflows

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content guidelines
• Understanding of Amazon SEO and marketplace optimization strategies
