• Billing & Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable – will only be billing portion of AR
• Data Entry & Record Keeping
• Microsoft Excel & Office Suite
• ERP & Accounting Systems
• Customer Service
• Problem Resolution
• Compliance & Documentation

What We Are Looking For:

• Detail-oriented – attention to detail
• Portal experience (Ariba, Service Channel, FM Pilot, Oracle, Coupa, Open Invoice, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with other departments
• Results orientated
• Ability to prioritize tasks – organizational, planning and scheduling skills
• High level of integrity
• High level of customer focus
• Proven ability to be a self-starter, with emphasis in a team environment
