We are seeking Coaches and Scouts to support one of Micro1’s customers in a remote contract role focused on sports analysis and AI training. In this unique position, you will apply your expertise in talent evaluation, player development, and game strategy to help train advanced AI systems designed to understand sports dynamics and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in coaching, scouting, or athletic performance analysis, along with the ability to simulate real-world sports scenarios, evaluate athletes, and provide structured insights into training strategies and recruitment decisions.

Responsibilities

Product & Training Mastery

• Participate in onboarding and training sessions related to AI training workflows and sports data analysis processes.

• Provide subject-matter expertise to help AI systems understand sports terminology, performance metrics, and scouting frameworks.

• Stay updated on modern coaching methods, player development techniques, and analytical tools used in sports performance.

Sports Evaluation & Analysis

• Evaluate athlete performance, skill levels, and development potential through simulated sports scenarios.

• Analyze game strategies and provide insights into tactical decision-making and performance outcomes.

• Review gameplay footage, statistics, or reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Performance & Training Development

• Design and review structured training plans that support player development and performance improvement.

• Provide feedback on coaching strategies and development frameworks.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

Scouting & Recruitment

• Prepare and assess scouting reports to identify emerging talent and recruitment opportunities.

• Analyze player potential and suitability for different team roles or strategies.

• Provide recommendations that support talent identification and development initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with AI development and training teams to refine sports-related data and analysis models.

• Document findings, insights, and evaluations clearly through written reports and communication channels.

• Contribute expertise on team building, discipline management, and conflict resolution in sports environments.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience in coaching, scouting, or sports performance analysis.

• Demonstrated expertise in talent evaluation, player development, and game strategy.

• Practical knowledge of scouting methodologies and athlete recruitment processes.

• Experience analyzing sports performance metrics and game tactics.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative digital environment.
