We’re hiring for the role of #Data_Entry (Logistics) 📍 Position: Data Entry Specialist 👩💻 Experience: 1 year+ experience in Data Entry 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management 📌 Mode: Remote (WFH) ⏳ Shift: Prior night shift experience mandatory 🗣 Communication: Excellent English Immediate Joiners Only 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Accurately enter shipment and billing data into the Transport Management System(TMS). • Receive, review, and organize incoming Bills of Lading, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved. • Audit Bills of Lading to confirm compliance with billing requirements. • Perform accurate data entry across multiple operating systems and reports. • Demonstrate a general understanding of export/import regulations, terms, and logistics processes such as Shipper, Consignee, Bill to, Commodity Description, NMFC codes, and Accessorial Charges. • Assist with additional administrative functions or special projects as directed by the Manager. 💻 Technical Requirements: – Laptop with i5 or higher processor -Reliable internet connectivity with 100mbps speed 📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated resume at [email protected] along with the following details: Experience: Last CTC: Notice Period: Night Shift experience (Yes/No): Laptop & Wi-Fi availability:
