This Data Entry Specialist role supports overnight operational workflows across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring that business data, reports, and systems remain accurate and fully updated before the start of the U.S. workday. The position is highly structured and process-driven, requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in handling large volumes of data across systems.

Responsibilities

Data Entry & System Management

  • Audit and reconcile records across CRM, EHR, billing, and scheduling systems
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate system data across multiple platforms
  • Ensure records are complete, timestamped, and compliant with internal standards
  • Support multiple business units and portfolio companies simultaneously

Reporting & Quality Assurance

  • Download, organize, and prepare reporting files for daily dashboards
  • Perform QA checks to identify duplicates, errors, or missing data
  • Support KPI tracking and operational reporting processes
  • Maintain accuracy in high-volume data environments

Operations & Compliance Support

  • Assist with month-end data validation and cleanup processes
  • Follow structured workflows, scorecards, and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with data handling standards (including HIPAA where applicable)
  • Communicate inconsistencies and issues with internal teams

Requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in high-volume data entry or administrative roles
  • Experience working with Excel, including pivot tables and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare administration, billing, or insurance claims is an advantage
  • Understanding of data compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and working within defined processes

  • Experience in QA, auditing, or reconciliation workflows
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and operational reporting systems
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or business units simultaneously
  • Background in healthcare or regulated data environments

Other Information

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM (CT)
  • Fully remote role (LATAM preferred)
