Bamboo Works is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Web3) to join a global team specializing in blockchain, crypto, and Web3 initiatives. The company focuses on connecting businesses with skilled remote professionals while supporting innovative and fast-growing digital industries.

This role is a full-time, remote Digital Marketing Manager opportunity operating within CET working hours. The position focuses on driving digital growth strategies, managing social media communities, executing paid advertising campaigns, and supporting Web3 marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, data-driven, self-motivated, and experienced in digital marketing within the blockchain or Web3 industry. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, and the ability to manage both organic and paid growth campaigns independently.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies
• Manage content and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Telegram, and Discord
• Ensure consistent and engaging content is published across platforms
• Respond to comments, manage discussions, and engage with online communities
• Monitor Web3 trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
• Build relationships with influencers and strategic Web3 partners
• Prepare monthly social media plans and growth performance reports

Community Growth & Engagement

• Build and nurture Telegram and Discord communities
• Foster active engagement and participation within Web3 conversations
• Support community growth initiatives and user interaction strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with online audiences and stakeholders

Paid Ads & Growth Marketing

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Conduct A/B testing for creative assets and campaign strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for better conversion rates
• Manage lead generation campaigns for Web3 initiatives, reports, and events
• Analyze campaign data and implement performance-driven improvements

Marketing Strategy & Performance Optimization

• Support growth-focused marketing initiatives and digital campaigns
• Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Improve customer acquisition and audience engagement strategies
• Adapt quickly to evolving Web3 and blockchain industry trends

Requirements:

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Experience within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry preferred
• Proven track record managing paid advertising and performance marketing campaigns
• Experience handling online communities and audience engagement initiatives

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto, and entrepreneurship ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in remote environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter/X Ads
• Experience using analytics and performance tracking tools
• Ability to manage A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies
• Familiarity with social media growth and community management tools
• Experience managing lead generation and digital growth campaigns
