Overview / Job Description

Sagan Recruitment is seeking an Email Marketing Designer (Klaviyo Focus) to support a U.S.-based eCommerce company managing multiple premium home and lifestyle brands. This fully remote role combines email design, lifecycle marketing, SMS campaign creation, and basic marketing performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Klaviyo, email marketing design, and graphic design, with the ability to manage multiple brands, maintain consistent visual identities, and deliver high-quality marketing assets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing

• Build and manage automated Klaviyo email flows
• Design and launch weekly email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Manage pop-ups, forms, and list-growth tools
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Review and analyze basic campaign performance metrics

Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Create email graphics, banners, and other marketing assets
• Edit, retouch, and color-match product images
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple brands
• Develop visually engaging marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines

Collaboration & Marketing Operations

• Collaborate with brand managers and marketing teams
• Support three different brands while managing multiple deadlines
• Ensure high-quality creative execution across all campaigns

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience
• Experience creating email marketing campaigns and lifecycle automations
• Portfolio showcasing email marketing and design work

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and customer journeys
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong visual design skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Availability to work during CST business hours

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing multiple eCommerce brands
• Familiarity with Shopify and related eCommerce tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience designing SMS marketing campaigns
• Background working with lifestyle, beauty, or home-focused brands
