Overview / Job Description

Codekeeper is seeking an Experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging user experiences for its SaaS software escrow platform. This fully remote role focuses on transforming customer needs into seamless user journeys, designing user-centered interfaces, and collaborating closely with Product and Creative teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

The ideal candidate is an experienced UI/UX professional with strong Figma skills, excellent visual design capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where creativity, ownership, and collaboration are highly valued.

Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design

• Translate customer needs into intuitive user journeys and engaging user experiences
• Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces
• Develop user cases, user scenarios, interaction flows, and information architecture
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs

Product Research & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Creative Director throughout the product design lifecycle
• Conduct user research and usability-focused design activities
• Prototype and validate new product experiences
• Contribute ideas that enhance usability and customer satisfaction

Design Systems & Documentation

• Create visual assets for product implementation
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and documentation
• Work with design systems, reusable components, and symbol libraries
• Prepare design specifications for development teams

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Present design concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders
• Clearly communicate design rationale to peers and executives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product development

Requirements

Experience

• Experience designing UI/UX for digital products or SaaS platforms
• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong English copywriting skills
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and user journey analysis
• Ability to create intuitive, user-centered interface designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements

• Experience analyzing user journeys
• Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
• Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this setup)
