About Our Client
Our client is a funded, early-stage startup building an innovative consumer hardware product—a
private, pocket-sized AI device with on-device intelligence. With a clear product roadmap,
manufacturing operations already in place, and the capital to execute, they are now focused on
bringing their product to market. They are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Full-Stack
Developer to join their small, agile team and help build the software layer that powers their
physical product.

The Role
This is a hands-on, day-to-day development role designed for a technically strong developer
who is passionate about building products from the ground up. You will work closely with the
CTO and founders to execute the technical workload—from landing pages to user portals to API
integrations.
You will own the daily execution of the web platform, database connections, and software
layers. This is not a role for someone who needs detailed specs before moving. We need a
proactive, scrappy coder who can take direction, make practical technical choices, and ship
clean code rapidly. This is a proper developer role—not advisory, not high-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
● Write, review, and deploy clean, responsive code across front-end (web interfaces,
marketing landing pages, user portals) and back-end (databases, APIs, server logic).
● Build and maintain the practical digital infrastructure required to launch, demo, and sell a
consumer physical product.
API & System Integrations
● Develop stable, secure APIs and integrations connecting payment processors,
subscription systems, and user databases.
● Ensure seamless connectivity between front-end portals, back-end systems, and third-
party services.
Collaboration with CTO & Founders
● Work directly with the CTO to translate technical strategies and designs into fully
functioning web and software components.
● Align software development with hardware manufacturing timelines and product launch
milestones.
Rapid Prototyping & Execution
● Execute lightweight, clean technical workflows to quickly spin up product experiments,
registration pages, and operational tools.
● Prioritize speed and functionality over unnecessary complexity—move fast and ship.
Operational Tech Support
● Stand up the practical pieces a young company needs, including websites, marketing
pages, and early revenue-generating tools.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise in a fast-paced startup
environment.

Requirements
Non-Negotiable
● Experience: 3+ years of full-stack web development—proven, hands-on experience
building clean and responsive web applications from scratch.
● Technical Versatility: Highly proficient with modern backend languages (e.g., Node.js,
Python, or Go) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Next.js).
● Builder's Focus: Demonstrated ability to work independently, make practical technical
choices, and get code to production rapidly without over-engineering.
● API & Systems Expertise: Experienced in designing and implementing third-party web
integrations, API connections, and lightweight database management.
● Startup Alignment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual remote team where tasks
can change rapidly and execution speed is highly valued.
● Schedule: Willingness to coordinate during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT) with
overlap to Bangkok (GMT+7) or IST for seamless collaboration.

Preferred (Strong Advantage)
● IoT & Hardware Exposure: Experience or personal interest in IoT integrations,
embedded software, Bluetooth SDKs, or hardware-to-cloud data streaming.
● AI/ML Familiarity: Basic familiarity with integrating local AI models, LLMs, or consumer-
facing generative AI features.
● Vendor & Project Coordination: Prior exposure to working with external tech providers,
managing developer pipelines, or utilizing e-commerce tooling.
● Startup Experience: You've worked in early-stage startups before and know how fast
and scrappy things can get.
