General Virtual Assistant 💲 Rate: $5–6/hour 📍 Location: Remote We’re hiring General Virtual Assistants to support growing businesses with day-to-day administrative, operations, and executive support. Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and administrative tasks Track purchase orders, shipments, and vendor communications Provide customer and order status updates Follow up on sales inquiries and quotes Handle recruiting administration, data entry, and documentation Draft basic proposals, presentations, and reports Assist with social media scheduling and content posting (LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms) Organize files, media assets, and business records Support executives with daily operations and special projects Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Support, Customer Support, Sales Support, or Administrative Assistant Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal English communication Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Shopify, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus Familiarity with social media management tools is an advantage Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: Proactive and dependable Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Eager to learn and adapt to different business needs Committed to delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision To Apply: Send your updated resume to [email protected] with the subject line “General VA Application.”
