Virtustant is recruiting on behalf of a creative agency specializing in innovative design solutions, media aesthetics, and influencer marketing. The agency works with brands and creators to develop visually engaging content that strengthens brand identity and audience engagement.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital platforms while collaborating with internal teams on creative concepts and campaign execution. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design fundamentals with experience using AI-powered design tools and a deep appreciation for fashion, social media trends, and influencer culture.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Create visually appealing graphics and digital assets for various projects
• Design creative materials that align with brand objectives and client requirements
• Develop engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms
• Produce high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and promotional assets
• Ensure consistency across all visual communications

Creative Concept Development

• Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and design solutions
• Translate client needs and campaign goals into compelling visual designs
• Contribute ideas that enhance brand identity and audience engagement
• Support the development of creative strategies and visual storytelling
• Refine designs based on feedback and project requirements

Brand & Visual Aesthetics

• Apply strong visual design principles and media aesthetics
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Stay informed on design trends, influencer marketing, and fashion aesthetics
• Create visually cohesive content tailored to target audiences
• Maintain high standards of creativity and design quality

AI-Enhanced Design Workflows

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and creativity
• Incorporate emerging design technologies into creative workflows
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes
• Leverage AI resources while maintaining high-quality design standards
• Optimize production processes using technology and automation where appropriate

Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with creative teams and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proven experience creating digital and visual marketing materials
• Experience working within creative agencies, marketing teams, or similar environments
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and creative capabilities
• Experience supporting brand, social media, or digital marketing initiatives
