If you have strong expertise in 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 & 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐀𝐒 technologies, RF systems, telecom infrastructure deployment, operational leadership, and commercial execution, this opportunity is for you. 🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 • End-to-end DAS operations across deployment, integration, optimization, and maintenance • Active & Passive DAS implementations across enterprise and carrier environments • RF engineering operations, fiber infrastructure, and network performance optimization • Cross-functional field teams, vendors, contractors, and project delivery operations • Operational excellence, SLA management, quality assurance, and customer experience • Strategic engagement with telecom operators, OEMs, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders • Nationwide DAS projects supporting LTE, 4G, and 5G environments • Commercial oversight on project profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency • Support business growth through client relationship management, technical solutioning, and bid support • Budget management, resource planning, and revenue realization across operational projects • Identifying new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and telecom infrastructure ecosystems 📌 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 • 10+ years’ experience in telecom infrastructure or wireless network operations • Strong hands-on knowledge of Active DAS, Passive DAS, RF optimization, and fiber systems • Experience managing large-scale telecom deployment projects and distributed teams • Strong understanding of iBwave, signal propagation, PIM testing, and DAS architecture • Experience working with MNOs, TowerCos, OEMs, or telecom infrastructure providers • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational costs • Ability to balance technical excellence with customer satisfaction and business growth objectives • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and operational strategy capabilities ✅ 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞 A technically sound and commercially savvy operations leader who can deliver complex telecom infrastructure projects at scale while driving profitability, operational efficiency, service quality, and long-term customer value. 📩 Send your CV to: 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐨𝐱𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 Subject: Head of Operations – DAS Application
