Job Title: Head of Projects Location: Lagos, Nigeria Salary: ₦800,000 Net Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Projects to lead and oversee all project operations across the organization. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all project operations from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure projects are executed and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and performance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Review and approve project designs, schedules, and technical documentation. Provide regular project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to executive management. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across project delivery processes. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. Ensure proper contract administration and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in project management, preferably within construction or real estate sectors. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. Must possess a valid COREN certification. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
