ClearDesk is a remote staffing company that helps U.S. businesses build world-class global teams. This opportunity is for a Healthcare Recruiter supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals.

The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, ensuring timely hiring, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping healthcare organizations build dependable care teams.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Source qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), caregivers, and other healthcare staff.
• Utilize CareerPlug, LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook groups, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using social media and AI-powered recruitment tools.
• Occasionally recruit for administrative and support positions as needed.

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

• Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate and manage interviews using HelloHire or similar platforms.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and manage follow-ups effectively.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support document collection, healthcare credential verification, licensing, and background checks.
• Assist with onboarding and compliance-related recruitment activities.
• Ensure recruitment documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track recruitment metrics, including application rates, interview activity, and time-to-hire.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to achieve hiring goals and timelines.

Requirements

Experience

• 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting both skilled and unskilled healthcare professionals.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and social media platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes.
• Experience working remotely is preferred.

Technical Requirements

• 720p HD webcam.
• Noise-canceling headset.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection.
• Backup power source.
• Primary computer with Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM minimum.
• Backup computer with Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM minimum.
