Overview / Job Description

Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Instagram & TikTok Content Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives for a portfolio of patent-protected women’s health products. This role combines social media strategy, AI-powered content creation, audience engagement, and international market expansion to build awareness and drive growth across the United States and Indian markets.

Working at the intersection of healthcare education and emerging technology, you will leverage advanced generative AI tools to create scalable content systems, develop realistic digital avatars, and produce engaging educational content focused on women’s wellness, hormonal health, and perimenopause awareness. This position is ideal for a creative digital marketer who understands short-form video trends, audience behavior, and the evolving role of AI in content production.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
• 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Content Production & Scaling

• Utilize advanced generative AI platforms to create realistic digital avatars for content production
• Develop scalable content workflows that reduce reliance on traditional influencer marketing
• Produce, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Ensure content aligns with approved brand messaging, scientific guidelines, and educational objectives
• Manage AI-powered content creation pipelines to support long-term marketing growth

Social Media Content Management

• Create engaging visual content designed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video platforms
• Publish content consistently across multiple channels
• Optimize content formats for engagement, audience retention, and platform performance
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate publishing schedules

Audience Growth & Market Expansion

• Develop content strategies targeting audiences in both North American and South Asian markets
• Implement multi-region scheduling strategies to maximize audience reach and visibility
• Support brand expansion initiatives through localized and culturally relevant content
• Analyze audience engagement trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

Community Education & Brand Storytelling

• Create educational content that encourages open discussions around women’s health and wellness
• Develop visual storytelling formats that simplify complex health topics
• Promote awareness of hormonal health, perimenopause, and related wellness subjects
• Ensure content remains informative, engaging, and audience-centered

Trend Analysis & Platform Optimization

• Monitor Instagram and TikTok algorithm updates, content trends, and audience behavior
• Identify emerging opportunities to improve engagement and video performance
• Adapt content styles, formats, and creative approaches based on platform trends
• Optimize content for retention, discoverability, and organic growth

Stakeholder Collaboration & Brand Governance

• Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to align content initiatives with business objectives
• Support quarterly growth and revenue goals through strategic content execution
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all channels
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and sensitivity when communicating healthcare-related information

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Digital Marketing Specialist, or Digital Strategist
• Strong background in short-form video marketing and social media content production
• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok content strategies
• Demonstrated success creating engaging digital campaigns and audience growth initiatives
• Experience working with international audiences or multi-market campaigns is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency with generative AI content creation tools
• Experience using platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar technologies
• Strong video editing, visual storytelling, and content production skills
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content best practices
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
