Sagan Recruitment is hiring a Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based company operating in the consumer products and e-commerce industry. As the business continues expanding across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and international channels, it is investing heavily in building a world-class operations function focused on efficiency, visibility, and customer satisfaction.

This is a high-ownership remote role responsible for managing fulfillment operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), inventory systems, and shipping operations. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, operational excellence, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Coordinate direct-to-consumer order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Manage manual, special, and VIP customer orders
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturers to warehouse locations
• Review shipping invoices and fulfillment-related costs for accuracy

Inventory & Logistics Management

• Monitor and manage inventory across multiple sales channels and distribution partners
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock visibility
• Track domestic and international shipments and provide regular status updates
• Support forecasting and demand planning activities
• Monitor logistics and fulfillment KPIs and prepare operational reports

Wholesale & Event Logistics

• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment for wholesale accounts
• Manage logistics for trade shows, events, and promotional activities
• Coordinate shipments and inventory distribution across multiple locations and partners
• Ensure product availability for wholesale and event-based operations

Returns & Customer Operations Support

• Coordinate product returns with fulfillment partners
• Monitor inspections, restocking activities, and product disposition processes
• Support customer service teams with fulfillment-related inquiries and complaints
• Ensure timely resolution of logistics and fulfillment issues

Process Improvement & Operational Scaling

• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency and operational workflows
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new logistics and fulfillment partners
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build scalable operational processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support company growth

Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, inventory management, or operations
• Experience working directly with 3PL providers and shipping partners
• Experience tracking inventory, fulfillment metrics, and operational performance
• Experience supporting e-commerce, DTC, consumer products, or startup environments is preferred
• Familiarity with international shipping and freight coordination is a plus
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or inventory optimization is advantageous
