Job Title: Marketing / Growth manager

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on growth and user engagement.
Utilize platforms such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Buffer to manage email, social media, and content distribution initiatives.
Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and report on key growth metrics to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and content teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Drive lead generation, nurture sales funnels, and develop creative tactics to increase brand visibility and conversions.
Continuously experiment with new channels, messaging, and techniques to maximize ROI and accelerate growth.
Prioritize clear, effective written and verbal communication in all interactions and campaign materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or growth management, preferably in a digital-first or tech-driven environment.
Mastery of Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Buffer with a proven track record of running successful campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities—you care deeply about clear messaging.
Proficiency in campaign performance tracking, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with growth hacking techniques and rapid experimentation in high-growth startups.
Familiarity with additional marketing automation and analytics tools.
Background in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
