Overview / Job Description

Pavago is seeking a Marketing Manager | B2B Growth | Salesforce & AI to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company. This is a full-time remote leadership role where the successful candidate will own the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, working directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, content strategy, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring ownership of marketing operations, performance reporting, content marketing, demand generation, CRM automation, website management, contractor oversight, and AI-powered marketing workflows. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently lead a marketing function.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop initiatives that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on business growth initiatives.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor performance across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Salesforce Pardot (MCAE)
    • Salesforce Sales Engagement
    • Webinars
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Business Profile
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Track marketing ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Content Marketing

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence.
  • Develop weekly LinkedIn content for both company and executive profiles.
  • Produce monthly newsletters for approximately 12,000 subscribers.
  • Develop blog content strategies and publishing schedules.
  • Coordinate case studies with internal teams and channel partners.
  • Create content supporting SEO, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Webinar & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks.
  • Manage webinar promotions, registrations, email campaigns, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate webinar logistics using Zoom.
  • Repurpose webinar content into additional marketing assets.

CRM & Sales Enablement

  • Manage Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) marketing campaigns.
  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences.
  • Launch Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences.
  • Support sales teams with marketing aligned to the buyer journey.
  • Strengthen channel-partner marketing initiatives.

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Manage website content using Webflow.
  • Maintain and optimize the Google Business Profile.
  • Respond to customer reviews and improve local search visibility.
  • Coordinate website enhancements, redesigns, and branding initiatives.

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Recruit and manage external contractors, including:
    • Graphic designers
    • Web developers
    • SEO specialists
    • Copywriters
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external resources.

Marketing Operations & AI

  • Build scalable marketing workflows and operational processes.
  • Improve campaign execution, reporting, and content production systems.
  • Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in content creation, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

Experience

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience leading or owning a marketing function.
