Marketing project manager

We’re looking for a marketing project manager. In this role, you’ll manage the execution of growth marketing initiatives, working closely with brand, design, content, and development teams. You’ll own day-to-day marketing operations—from campaign updates and cross-team coordination to partner communications and support for affiliate and email initiatives. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and hands-on who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes and getting things done.

This is a fully remote collaboration under a service agreement. We work primarily within the GMT+1 time zone and expect a regular overlap of business hours on weekdays to allow for meetings and live collaboration.

Who we are

Readymag is a design tool for creating websites, landing pages, portfolios, magazines, editorials, and presentations.

We’re a fully distributed team with a strong international user community and client-oriented service. We value a culture of questions and curiosity with a ‘measure what can be measured’ approach.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and ensure timely delivery across teams;
  • Manage operational execution of advertising campaigns (creative uploads, updates, tracking deadlines);
  • Handle partner communications, documentation, and campaign coordination;
  • Maintain and update reports, assist with data collection and campaign tracking;
  • Manage affiliate program operations (application reviews, onboarding, payout coordination);
  • Resolve operational incidents and handle high-priority manual tasks.

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in cultural institutions, media, or design-driven products);
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and large volumes of operational work;
  • Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, design, content, development, external partners);
  • Analytical mindset with data reporting experience (weekly/monthly tracking);
  • Familiarity with task management tools and coordination processes;
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, partnerships, affiliates);
  • High level of autonomy and independence, with strong communication skills;
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

What you’ll get

  • 28 weekdays of paid annual leave;
  • A corporate laptop;
  • Compensation for coworking space fees;
  • Language courses;
  • Compensation for sports or other physical activities;
  • A learning budget to invest in courses, books, or conferences.

What happens next

  1. An introductory call with our talent acquisition partner, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the role;
  2. A team interview with our head of growth marketing and growth marketing manager;
  3. A test assignment;
  4. A final interview with Diana Kasay, Readymag’s chief executive officer.

After that, we’ll get back to you with a decision within a few days.
