Overview / Job Description

INFUSE is seeking a Middle Web Designer to create high-impact web experiences and marketing assets that communicate business value and drive conversions. The role focuses on transforming creative briefs into polished, implementation-ready designs that support marketing campaigns and business objectives.

The successful candidate will design responsive web pages, landing pages, UI components, presentations, banners, and other digital marketing materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused, visually compelling solutions. This position is ideal for a creative designer with strong Figma expertise, excellent visual design skills, and experience preparing production-ready assets for development teams.

Responsibilities

Web & UI Design

• Design responsive websites and landing pages aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Create key UI elements and reusable design components.
• Produce implementation-ready design files with responsive variants and detailed specifications.
• Prepare developer-ready assets to ensure smooth design handoff.

Marketing & Visual Design

• Design marketing materials including:
  • Presentations and pitch decks
  • Digital banners
  • PDF marketing collateral
• Translate creative briefs into engaging visual solutions.
• Develop layouts that effectively communicate marketing messages.

Design Quality & Collaboration

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams throughout the design process.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Research & Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed about design trends and best practices.
• Research competitor presentations and marketing materials.
• Continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in:
  • Web design
  • Digital design
• Proven portfolio demonstrating:
  • Website and landing page design
  • Marketing assets including presentations, banners, and PDFs

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of:
  • Layout
  • Typography
  • Composition
  • Visual hierarchy
• Creative thinking and originality.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Figma
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe XD
• Experience creating responsive web designs and reusable design systems.
• Ability to prepare implementation-ready files for development teams.

Language Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian.
