Pro Coffee Gear is a growing ecommerce company specializing in premium espresso machines, grinders, replacement parts, and coffee equipment for customers worldwide. The company is focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.

The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize company-wide operational processes across multiple locations. This role is responsible for inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics coordination, workflow automation, ERP systems, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships. The position requires a strategic leader who can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, implement scalable systems, and lead a high-performing operations team.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Planning

• Manage and optimize inventory across multiple locations
• Minimize inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate stock counts
• Develop inventory planning strategies to meet demand forecasts
• Balance inventory availability while reducing holding costs
• Optimize distributed inventory networks for efficiency and profitability

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective fulfillment operations
• Negotiate carrier rates and logistics contracts
• Maintain strong partnerships with logistics and supply chain vendors
• Improve shipping, fulfillment, and distribution processes

Process Improvement & Automation

• Design and implement workflow automation initiatives
• Build data integrations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Develop new operational systems and scalable processes
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational performance
• Support company growth through process standardization and optimization

Systems & Technology Management

• Manage and optimize ERP and inventory management systems
• Implement automated operational tools and reporting systems
• Integrate business systems to improve visibility and decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across platforms

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze operational and financial performance data
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
• Support strategic business planning through operational analysis

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop operations team members
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support employee development and performance management
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments
• Drive operational excellence through effective leadership practices

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management
• Experience in multi-location operations environments
• Experience within logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain-driven businesses
• Proven success in inventory management and process optimization
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management platforms
• Demonstrated experience building automated workflows and data integrations
