LTVplus is hiring an Outbound Recovery & Sales Specialist for a Health & Wellness e-commerce company. This role is focused on recovering lost revenue by reconnecting with customers through outbound sales calls and strategic follow-ups.

The Outbound Recovery & Sales Specialist will manage win-back campaigns targeting abandoned carts, failed payments, and cancelled subscriptions. The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, performance-driven, and experienced in outbound sales, with a consultative approach to converting leads into recurring subscription customers.

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Revenue Recovery

• Conduct outbound phone calls as the primary sales channel.
• Follow up with prospects through strategic email communications.
• Convert leads into new or renewed subscription customers.
• Manage win-back campaigns targeting abandoned carts and cancelled or failed subscriptions.

Customer Retention

• Re-engage former customers by identifying pain points and presenting tailored subscription solutions.
• Promote customer retention through consultative selling techniques.
• Build positive customer relationships that encourage long-term subscriptions.

Sales Operations

• Navigate restricted BOSS (ERP) lead lists accurately.
• Maintain organized outreach activities and customer records.
• Follow data-driven outreach schedules to maximize conversion rates.

Performance Management

• Achieve weekly recovery targets of 60–70% for contacted customers.
• Focus on revenue generation and subscription recovery metrics.
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in:
  • Outbound Sales
  • Telemarketing
  • Revenue Recovery
• Experience with subscription-based business models (highly preferred).
• Experience retaining or recovering subscription customers.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong outbound sales and negotiation skills.
• Consultative sales approach.
• Persuasive communication and objection-handling abilities.
• High level of resilience and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage outreach independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
