The company’s industrial software solutions support mission-critical operations, helping customers improve efficiency, compliance, and operational performance.

This is a full-time remote Product Manager role responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap execution, customer engagement, and product delivery across one or more industrial software products. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring product initiatives align with customer needs and organizational goals. The role requires strong product leadership experience, agile expertise, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, UX, QA, data, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Partner with business leaders to define product vision and strategic priorities
• Identify investment opportunities and long-term product growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Drive customer-focused innovation across industrial software platforms

Product Ownership & Roadmap Management

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements and development initiatives
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals
• Create and maintain user story maps, release plans, and roadmap documentation
• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ensure development efforts remain aligned with evolving stakeholder needs

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including:
  • Sprint reviews
  • Backlog refinement sessions
  • Retrospectives
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to develop clear user stories and requirements
• Maintain a well-prioritized backlog to support continuous delivery
• Ensure timely and high-quality feature releases

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams
• Collaborate closely with:
  • Engineering teams
  • UX designers
  • Quality Assurance teams
  • Data teams
  • Customer Success teams
• Facilitate communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Support leadership by managing day-to-day product execution activities

Delivery Oversight & Performance Management

• Monitor product development progress and delivery metrics
• Track development velocity, release readiness, and overall team performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Report on delivery status and product outcomes to leadership
• Align delivery activities with strategic business objectives

AI & Innovation Initiatives

• Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into industrial workflows
• Evaluate AI-powered product capabilities and innovation opportunities
• Support development of:
  • Intelligent workflow automation
  • Predictive analytics solutions
  • Inspection intelligence tools
  • Knowledge management platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams on digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in:
  • Product Management
  • Product Ownership
  • Business Analysis
  • Product Leadership roles
• Experience within enterprise SaaS, industrial technology, or software environments
• Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap development
• Experience leading customer-facing product initiatives
• Prior experience in software development or quality assurance/testing
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within multi-product organizations is highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • Product roadmap platforms
• Ability to convert strategic goals into detailed technical requirements
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and deployment processes
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and data-driven decision making
