Overview / Job Description

LILT is seeking a Production Strategist to lead the optimization of enterprise localization production through AI-driven workflows, automation, and strategic customer delivery. This role partners closely with enterprise clients, internal production teams, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to improve operational efficiency, streamline onboarding, and deliver exceptional localization services.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise localization programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing scalable production systems. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role focused on leveraging AI and automation to improve production quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Process Automation

  • Drive the adoption of AI and agent-driven solutions across Production operations
  • Design automated workflows and AI-powered production processes
  • Develop AI agents to manage multi-step production workflows
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies through automation
  • Continuously improve production systems using AI-first methodologies

Customer Success & Enterprise Delivery

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand business requirements
  • Align production processes with customer SLAs and KPIs
  • Provide strategic customer support within the required time zone
  • Lead customer onboarding using standardized AI-driven processes
  • Manage production escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions (CAPA)

Production Operations & Workflow Management

  • Design and implement customized production workflows
  • Manage project delivery, invoicing, and service operations
  • Scope new services, pricing proposals, and SLA recommendations
  • Maintain comprehensive account documentation and production plans
  • Ensure adherence to established production procedures and workflows

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor production performance against KPIs and customer SLAs
  • Track account health, onboarding performance, financial metrics, and service quality
  • Produce internal and customer-facing performance reports
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify performance trends and proactively address operational risks

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead production account teams and support employee development
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Revenue, and Customer Success teams
  • Coordinate production resources to meet customer expectations
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous operational improvements

Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-level localization programs
  • Experience onboarding enterprise localization customers
  • Experience managing complex production workflows
  • Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Strong client-facing experience working with enterprise organizations
