Overview / Job Description

ClearDesk is a remote staffing company that helps U.S. businesses build high-performing global teams. This opportunity is for a Recruiter supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals.

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, onboarding support, and compliance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hiring environments, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, caregivers, and other healthcare staff.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, CareerPlug, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Occasionally recruit for administrative positions as business needs require.

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar platforms.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and manage follow-ups effectively.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with healthcare hiring requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding and credential verification processes.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track recruitment metrics, including application rates, interview activity, and time-to-hire.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
  • Recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals and timelines.

Requirements

Experience

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting both skilled and unskilled healthcare professionals.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other recruitment channels.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Experience supporting healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing processes.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools.

    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Technical Requirements

  • 720p HD webcam.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection.
  • Backup power source.
  • Primary computer with Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM minimum.
  • Backup computer with Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM minimum.
