The Perks & Specs: 🏠 Location: 100% Work From Home ⏰ Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday) 🌴 Balance: 2nd & 4th Saturdays OFF 💰 Compensation: Up to ₹15,000 / month (based on experience & skills) What You’ll Be Doing: 🔹 Owning the full hiring cycle for specialized IT & Non-IT roles. 🔹 Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting rockstar candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and network channels. 🔹 Keeping candidate pipelines warm and interview schedules seamless.
