Overview / Job Description

Binance is seeking a Senior Growth Manager – CIS to lead growth strategy and marketing initiatives across the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) market. This role is responsible for developing market strategies, driving business growth, managing marketing investments, and leading cross-functional collaboration to achieve key business objectives.

The successful candidate will own regional marketing strategy, optimize growth initiatives, oversee marketing budgets, and collaborate with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid Marketing, and regional teams to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role also provides leadership opportunities with the potential to grow into a Market Lead position.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Marketing

• Own the regional marketing strategy and annual planning process.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
• Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies and market priorities.
• Develop initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.

Business Performance

• Own and drive key business KPIs, including:
  • Registrations
  • First-Time Traders (FTT)
  • Monthly Active Users (MAU)
  • Trading activity
  • Revenue growth
• Monitor business performance and optimize growth strategies based on data and insights.

Budget & Resource Management

• Own marketing budget planning, allocation, and prioritization.
• Optimize investments to maximize marketing performance and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead cross-functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid Marketing, and regional teams.
• Coordinate initiatives across departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Represent the CIS market during regional planning and business discussions.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Support team development and prepare for future Market Lead responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing.
• Proven experience owning and delivering business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop into a Market Lead role.
• Experience within crypto, fintech, or technology industries is a strong advantage.
