Overview / Job Description

Sagan Recruitment is hiring a full-time, remote Senior Integration Developer (Celigo / NetSuite) for a fast-growing U.S.-based digital media and e-commerce company. The role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing Celigo iPaaS integrations that connect NetSuite ERP, e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems, and other business-critical applications. The successful candidate will own the company’s integration ecosystem, ensuring reliable data synchronization, workflow automation, and scalable system architecture.

Responsibilities

Integration Development & Management

• Design, configure, test, and deploy end-to-end integrations using Celigo iPaaS.
• Connect business-critical applications through scalable integration solutions.
• Take ownership of custom Celigo integration workflows.

Workflow Optimization

• Audit existing Celigo integration flows.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies.
• Refactor and optimize integrations to improve performance and reliability.
• Transition integration management in-house.

ERP & Platform Development

• Develop and maintain integrations with NetSuite ERP.
• Build custom data mappings and workflow scripts.
• Align platform capabilities with business and operational requirements.

Troubleshooting & System Maintenance

• Perform root-cause analysis of integration issues.
• Resolve synchronization failures and system errors.
• Maintain high system availability and integration performance.

Documentation & Process Management

• Document API integrations, mapping logic, and workflow configurations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for future support and scalability.
• Ensure consistent integration standards and best practices.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining Celigo iPaaS integrations.
• Strong experience working with NetSuite ERP data structures and mappings.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues independently.
• Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of Celigo iPaaS.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday during PST/CST business hours.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Celigo certifications or formal credentials.
• Experience with Shopify, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or CRM platforms.
• Background in high-volume e-commerce or retail businesses.
• Knowledge of AI technologies.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• NetSuite scripting experience.

• You cannot work during PST/CST business hours.
