The company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, deliver high-quality candidate placements, and contribute to continuous recruitment improvement initiatives. This is a full-time remote role ideal for experienced recruiters who value precision, relationship-building, and long-term hiring impact rather than high-volume recruitment.

The role primarily focuses on digital, creative, and marketing positions, while also supporting recruitment across additional verticals as needed.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

• Manage recruitment processes from role intake through candidate placement
• Ensure strong alignment between client requirements and candidate profiles
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists consistently
• Manage recruitment timelines and hiring expectations effectively

Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to determine role fit
• Present qualified candidates to clients with structured recommendations
• Match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

Candidate Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Provide professional communication and candidate support
• Ensure positive candidate experiences from initial outreach to placement
• Maintain long-term candidate engagement and networking relationships

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels and platforms
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Identify high-quality talent for digital, marketing, and creative positions
• Support proactive recruitment initiatives and talent mapping efforts

ATS & Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within ATS systems
• Ensure structured documentation and recruitment workflow management
• Utilize recruitment tools and systems effectively
• Support operational consistency and process improvement initiatives

Market Insights & Team Collaboration

• Share market insights related to compensation, hiring trends, and talent availability
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams and leadership
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment quality and efficiency
• Support a high-performance, quality-driven recruitment culture

Requirements:

Experience

• 7+ years of recruitment experience
• Previous agency recruitment experience required
• Strong experience recruiting for digital, marketing, or creative roles
• Experience with remote and international hiring
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment roles independently
• Experience operating in fast-paced recruitment environments

Recruitment & Technical Skills

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Ability to evaluate candidate quality and client fit effectively
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
• Ability to build structured talent pipelines and sourcing strategies
