Overview / Job Description

Bamboo Works is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for international clients across digital, creative, marketing, and other business functions. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality talent, building long-term candidate relationships, and contributing to continuous improvements in recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in recruitment, thrives in a quality-driven environment, and can independently manage multiple hiring projects while providing strategic hiring insights and exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate placement
• Ensure strong alignment between client requirements and candidate qualifications
• Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple roles
• Manage recruitment projects independently from start to finish

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and matchmaking
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Candidate Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with candidates
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
• Support candidates through each stage of the hiring journey

Recruitment Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and up to date
• Support efficient recruitment workflows and administrative processes

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

• Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring market conditions
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support high-quality recruitment outcomes across the organization

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for digital, creative, and marketing roles
• Experience with remote and international hiring
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments independently

• Excellent sourcing and talent acquisition abilities

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
