This is a remote Senior Salesforce Developer position available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The role focuses on leading a long-term public sector Salesforce implementation, driving a successful platform go-live, executing comprehensive knowledge transfer, and serving as the primary technical owner responsible for maintaining and evolving the solution over a three-year period. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous senior engineer with strong Salesforce development expertise, consulting experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Technical Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
• Architect scalable, production-ready Salesforce applications
• Troubleshoot platform limitations and resolve deployment issues
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code and long-term solution stability
• Sustain and optimize the Salesforce platform following implementation

Platform Transition & Knowledge Transfer

• Lead platform go-live activities
• Plan and execute comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions
• Ensure stakeholders and internal teams can effectively manage and scale the platform
• Build long-term operational capability through structured documentation and training

Documentation & Operational Excellence

• Produce detailed technical documentation and project artifacts
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and operational records
• Record billable hours and project activities in real time
• Ensure documentation supports long-term maintainability and scalability

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Communicate project status, risks, and blockers proactively
• Present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Build strong client relationships through transparent communication

Requirements

Experience

• 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce solution architecture
• Experience delivering solutions within consulting firms or enterprise environments
• Experience managing complex, long-term Salesforce implementations
• Public sector or child welfare systems experience preferred

Availability

• Willingness to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time to overlap with the U.S. team
