Overview / Job Description

Supra Human is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (HubSpot) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade HubSpot solutions integrated with the company’s proprietary AI infrastructure. This full-time, remote role focuses on building scalable HubSpot architectures, integrating CRM platforms with AI/ML systems, designing secure data pipelines, and deploying intelligent automation workflows that drive measurable business value.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across solution architecture, HubSpot customization, API integrations, AI-powered workflows, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with client and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable, high-performance HubSpot solutions using Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
• Architect integrations between HubSpot and AI systems, including LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design integration strategies connecting HubSpot with CRM, ERP, eCommerce platforms, and proprietary data infrastructure
• Build scalable data pipelines supporting AI-powered automation and agentic workflows

HubSpot Integrations & Customization

• Customize HubSpot using custom objects, workflows, automation, and business logic
• Develop APIs and third-party integrations to extend HubSpot functionality
• Ensure secure, reliable, and synchronized data exchange across systems
• Integrate HubSpot data and workflows into AI/ML pipelines and vector databases
• Maintain bidirectional synchronization between HubSpot and enterprise platforms

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for development teams
• Establish implementation standards and best practices
• Lead code reviews and ensure technical quality across projects
• Stay current with HubSpot platform updates and emerging technologies
• Mentor junior developers and solution architects

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and business analysts to define technical solutions
• Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and client requirements

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of HubSpot solutions
• Manage project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Implement mitigation strategies for technical and project risks

Documentation & Training

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and architectural diagrams
• Document integrations, workflows, and customizations
• Deliver training and support to internal teams and clients
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Performance, Security & Governance

• Analyze and optimize HubSpot implementations for performance and scalability
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and organizational security policies
• Establish governance standards for HubSpot implementations
• Apply responsible AI principles, data privacy standards, and ethical AI practices

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
• At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot architecture and implementation experience
• Experience leading enterprise CRM implementation projects
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms with AI/ML systems

Certifications

• HubSpot certifications highly preferred, including:
  • HubSpot Solutions Partner
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and its suite of products
• Experience with HubSpot APIs, workflows, automation, and integrations
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Cloud platform experience (AWS and/or Azure)
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI architecture
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with AI/ML pipelines
• Familiarity with vector databases and AI data infrastructure
• Experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms preferred
