The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of WorkFlex’s product experience by transforming complex compliance and mobility workflows into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role requires a highly strategic and hands-on designer who combines strong design thinking, SaaS product expertise, and systems design capabilities.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands enterprise SaaS product design, and is passionate about creating scalable, visually consistent, and user-focused experiences.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design & Product Experience

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on user needs and business objectives
• Transform complex operational and compliance workflows into simple, scalable product experiences
• Develop user-centered solutions that balance usability, scalability, and business impact
• Validate concepts through rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles

Product Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders in agile development environments
• Translate user insights, feedback, and product requirements into actionable design solutions
• Support feature development from concept through launch
• Contribute strategic design thinking to product roadmap discussions

Design Systems & Consistency

• Own, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across all product touchpoints
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and user experience standards
• Manage components, design tokens, auto-layout systems, and scalable UI frameworks in Figma
• Support cross-functional teams with reusable and scalable design assets

Innovation & AI Integration

• Leverage AI technologies to accelerate ideation, research, and personalization workflows
• Stay updated on emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and modern design tooling
• Drive experimentation and innovation across product experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI-assisted design processes

Requirements:

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Proven experience designing SaaS platforms, preferably within B2B or enterprise environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and interactive web application designs
• Experience managing and evolving design systems across digital products
• Experience working within agile product development environments

• Experience collaborating with Angular front-end teams
• Understanding of responsive web application design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern UX best practices
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and research workflows
