Overview / Job Description

Eneba is a fast-growing global marketplace for gamers, focused on delivering exceptional gaming experiences through data-driven growth, innovation, and technology. The Marketing team combines SEO, analytics, automation, and creativity to scale organic growth across its marketplace.

The SEO Automation specialist will lead the design, development, and implementation of SEO automation systems that improve efficiency and drive long-term organic growth. This role owns SEO automation initiatives from the ground up, building AI-powered workflows, technical SEO systems, data pipelines, and internal tools while partnering closely with SEO, Product, Content, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

SEO Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Identify repetitive SEO tasks and automate end-to-end workflows.
• Build scalable automation programs that improve operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain reusable SEO tools and internal automation systems.
• Document automation processes and ensure long-term maintainability.

AI & Workflow Development

• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered workflows for SEO operations.
• Build agentic workflows for content generation, quality assurance, internal linking, and AI visibility.
• Apply quality control processes to AI-generated outputs.
• Continuously improve AI-powered automation performance.

Technical SEO & Programmatic SEO

• Develop programmatic SEO solutions using templates and feed-driven pages.
• Optimize crawl budget, indexation, and structured data implementation.
• Improve technical SEO health across large-scale websites.
• Monitor and optimize search engine visibility.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Build scripts, APIs, and data pipelines using Python and JavaScript.
• Collect, model, and analyze SEO and traffic data.
• Integrate SEO data into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Measure automation performance and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with SEO specialists, Product, Engineering, and Content teams.
• Integrate automation solutions into existing workflows.
• Share documentation, best practices, and technical knowledge.
• Continuously improve team productivity through automation.

Requirements

Experience

• Proven experience automating SEO workflows.
• Strong portfolio of SEO automation scripts, tools, or data pipelines.
• Experience developing internal automation systems from scratch.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM technologies to production workflows.
• Experience working with technical and programmatic SEO.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Python and/or JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience working with APIs and version control (Git).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles.
• Knowledge of crawl budget optimization, indexation, and structured data.
• Ability to analyze SEO performance using data-driven approaches.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills (professional proficiency preferred).
