Role Overview In this role, you will own client relationships end-to-end while driving the performance of the recruitment team to deliver fast, high-quality, and precise hires. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, execute operationally, and lead people effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts Act as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and clients Ensure quality candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting Review candidate submissions before client delivery Ensure all roles are progressing in line with agreed timelines Lead, manage, and support a team of recruiters Drive accountability and consistency across the team Requirements 5+ years in recruitment (agency experience preferred) Proven experience managing clients and handling multiple roles Experience leading or mentoring recruiters is an advantage Strong client management and communication skills Excellent organisational and multitasking ability Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills Leadership and team management capability Problem-solving and decision-making skills High ownership and accountability Passion for delivering excellence How to Apply Send your CV and a short note on: Your experience managing both clients and recruitment delivery 📩 Apply via: [email protected]
