EQT is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Title Technician I to support the Company’s Title Administration function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow execution, and timely communication across internal teams and external partners. The Title Technician I will provide administrative and operational support related to title records, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and data management.

 

The Title Technician I responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Codes and processes invoices.
  • Confirms receipt of Title Documents from Vendors. Moves Title File(s), links to record(s), and verifies records.
  • Contributes ideas and suggestions related to Title’s various Insights to increase visibility around Title Admin Team’s work.
  • Receives and promptly responds to requests, ensuring relevant information and action items are clearly communicated to the appropriate team members, customers, and vendors in a collaborative manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality in the handling of all business activities.
  • Maintains strong customer relationships to ensure lines of communication are open and their needs are met.
  • Requests title orders from external providers based on the established evaluation process and sets appropriate rates and due dates.
  • Conducts title evaluations across various workflows to identify existing title records, facilitate thorough reviews, and support further analysis and decision- making as needed.
  • Provides administrative support functions including monitoring priorities of current and anticipated workload and organizing and conducting assignments according to deadlines.
  • Effectively navigates and adheres to team workflows to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
  • Understand priorities and deadlines as conveyed by Manager and effectively executes, with occasional supervision.
  • Leverages enterprise software systems to efficiently store, manage, and track critical information and documentation.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience with using Salesforce.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Industry and/or Title.
