Achieve Test Prep is one of the nation’s largest educational consulting and test preparation organizations, specializing in credit-by-examination degree pathways for working adults. Headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey, the company helps students accelerate their education through standardized and industry-recognized examinations while providing guidance, advocacy, and academic support.

This is a remote Trade Licensing Program Manager role focused on overseeing trade licensing and certification programs across multiple technical and skilled trade disciplines. The position involves managing program operations, curriculum quality, instructor coordination, compliance standards, and student support initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience within technical, industrial, or skilled trade industries and possess strong organizational, leadership, and curriculum management capabilities within remote educational environments.

Responsibilities:

Program Operations & Coordination

• Oversee day-to-day operations of trade licensing and certification programs
• Coordinate scheduling and operational workflows for various technical training programs
• Participate in operational and quality-focused meetings
• Manage multiple initiatives and priorities across stakeholders and departments

Curriculum Development & Quality Assurance

• Review, update, and improve curriculum materials, study guides, and course content
• Ensure programs meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry expectations
• Support curriculum enhancement initiatives alongside instructional and eLearning teams
• Monitor program quality and recommend operational improvements

Student & Instructor Support

• Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed
• Collaborate with instructors, curriculum designers, and eLearning teams
• Monitor student progress, engagement, and program outcomes
• Help ensure positive learning experiences and instructional consistency

Compliance & Performance Monitoring

• Track program metrics, student performance, and educational outcomes
• Maintain alignment with licensing, compliance, and technical education standards
• Support operational best practices and continuous program improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Experience

• Professional experience in technical, industrial, or skilled trade environments such as:
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Mechanical trades
  • Wastewater management
  • Manufacturing
• Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content review
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or team guidance experience preferred
• Familiarity with online learning environments and remote collaboration systems
