The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences across marketing websites and digital products. This role combines strong visual design expertise with user experience thinking, requiring the ability to transform concepts into polished interfaces, engaging graphics, and seamless user journeys.

The ideal candidate is a highly creative designer with exceptional Figma skills, a strong portfolio, and a passion for visual storytelling, branding, and modern web design.

Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces
• Transform concepts into polished, production-ready designs
• Create seamless and user-friendly digital experiences
• Deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Visual Design & Branding

• Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
• Develop visually impactful marketing and branding materials
• Apply strong visual storytelling principles
• Ensure consistency across digital experiences and brand touchpoints

Prototyping & Design Systems

• Build detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Create design specifications for developers and stakeholders
• Maintain design consistency across projects
• Support scalable design system implementation

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development stakeholders
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements
• Participate in design discussions and creative reviews

Quality & User Experience

• Apply best practices in typography, layout, color theory, and usability
• Ensure high standards of visual excellence and attention to detail
• Optimize user flows and interaction experiences
• Balance aesthetics with usability and business objectives

Requirements

Experience

• Strong UI/UX design portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design work
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Figma for interface design and prototyping
• Experience creating graphics and visual assets for digital products
• Experience designing modern web and marketing experiences
