Web content and design specialist

as 3 full days per week or 5 half-days (4 hours/day).

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and maintain web content strategies aligned with business objectives; create, publish, and update website content, landing pages, and specific campaign pages while maintaining a consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice.
  • UX-Focused Content Design: Structure website copy and layouts to improve overall user experience and intuitive navigation; map out and systematically optimize customer conversion journeys.
  • Web Design & Visual Experience: Design responsive, visually engaging web pages that apply brand guidelines consistently; create clear wireframes and functional mockups for new page rollouts.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement on-page best practices; analyze content performance metrics to optimize assets accordingly while improving page accessibility and cross-device responsiveness.
  • Content Management: Manage the structural website architecture, build reusable design templates or interface components, and maintain strict content accuracy and governance standards.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Support high-priority campaign launches and new product releases by translating core business requirements into refined digital content outputs.

Requirements

  • Professional Footprint: Minimum of 3–5+ years of professional experience in web design, UX writing, or digital content production (open to mid-level or senior-level candidates).
  • Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of UX/UI design principles, wireframing tools, and responsive web design practices.
  • Linguistic Standard: Exceptional writing, editing, and content design skills with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Operational Habits: Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content tasks independently.

Qualifications

  • A professional background or formal education in Marketing, Digital Design, Communications, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience operating successfully within digital-first or fast-paced agency environments.
